Objectives of activities carried out:

1) Production of a common tool for the check of the languages online training courses of the ELS portal
2) Check of the contents of the English online training course
3) Check of the technical bugs of the English online training course

Description of activities carried out:

Pixel created a template in order to check the contents and the technical bugs of the online training courses.

Pixel is finalise the check activity on the English online training course analyzing all the sections of the different units: in the office, on the telephone, correspondence, Internet, Grammar, Culture. For each unit Pixel fill in a form in order to keep track of the contents modifications and in order to give to Connectis all the information related to the technical bugs.

Connectis has implemented a platform (Mantis) in order to discuss online, section by section, all the possible issues. All the bugs have been uploaded onto the Mantis platform and have been discussed and solved with the cooperation of Connectis.

Outcomes:

The format has been presented during the partners meeting that took place in Florence and all the partners are using the template in order to keep track of their work and in order to give to Connectis all the information concerning the technical bugs.

Both levels (intermediate and advanced) have been checked both from the contents point of view and from the technical point of view.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

The work of the contents and technical checking went smoothly.
Now the English course works perfectly.
