WP concerned:WP 5 - Inclusion of the ELS portal in the public training and education systems
Objectives of activities carried out:To promote partecipation in the training activity related to the learning of language using the courses of ELS portal in the public training and educational system.
Description of activities carried out:We met on the 28th of March, Mr. Castorina, the responsible of the department of foreign languages of "La Sapienza" university, in order to speak to him about the ELS@Work project and to introduce the ELS portal.
We have a second meeting, on the 11th of July, with the responsible of the department of foreign languages of "La Sapienza", we focused our attention to point out the best way to introduce and to add the ELS portal on the department website as a language course for secretaries and administrative staff. Individual meetings. During the meeting the Power point presentation of the ELS website was showed.
On January we published an article on the number 5 of the newsletter Xformare News, information tool of permanent system of training on line project, promoted by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Policies, describing the main aspects of the ELS project to promote the dissemination of the website at the system of continuos training.

Outcomes:We showed the use and the potential of the ELS @ WORK website and in all occasions there was great interest in the project and a lot of people asked to be involved in the language learning course.
Evaluation of the work undertaken:The inclusion of the Els portal in the public training and educational system is positive. We are very satisfied with the interest shown by our contact both of the University that Xformare portal, promoted by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Policies.
