The meetings were held to explain and involve the members of the staff in different tasks, such as:
- the contacts with other institutions to promote the use of the ELS portal in Asturias,
- the checking of the language contents of the Spanish modules,
- the checking of the technical problems of the portal,
- the collection of evidence for the activities to be carried out,
- the elaboration of reports,
- the project management and supervision,
- the financial matters,
- the organization of the training sessions
- the mailing and exchange of information within the partnership
