Objectives of activities carried out:

1. Participation in project activities.
2. Project management.
3. Implementation of the ELS portal in the public training and educational system.
4. Dissemination of project activities.
5. Check and debugging of the italian course on the platform.
6. Tutoring for the Italian language during the use of the Portal by the users.
7. Involvement of 80 subjects from the small and medium enterprises.

Description of activities carried out:

Cespim partecipated in the transnational project meetings (the first meeting in February 2008 and the second meeting in September 2008) as required by the project.
Cespim for the organization of the work has involved one Italian native online tutor and one promoter for the dissemination of Els portal among the small and medium enterprises
To promote the training activities in the public training and educational system, as requested by the project, Cespim has done different activities. We met the responsible of the department of foreign languages of "La Sapienza" University, in order to speak to him about the ELS@Work project and to introduce the ELS portal. Cespim published articles and interview on the newsletter Xformare News, information tool of permanent system of training on line project, promoted by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Policies, describing the main aspects of the ELS project to promote the dissemination of the website at the system of continuos training. Cespim published articles on the "Confapi news", read by thousands of bussinesses through out Italy, describing the main aspects of the ELS project.
Cespim provided to check the Els@work portal: the contents of the single Units of the italian online training course, and also the check of the technical needs, where necessary. Checking and debugging of the italian course. Also the tutor activity is going on regularly.
The involvement of the subjects from the small and medium enterprises has been realized through the organization of workshops and also through the publication of promotional articles and interviews.

Outcomes:

Involvement of 120 subjects from the small and medium enterprises.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

Cespim is satisfied with the results obtained both from a point of view of quality and quantity. This success is due both to the quality of the product, but also the quality of actions made by Cespim to promote the platform.
