Objectives of activities carried out:Connectis, carries out the role of technical partner in the framework of the ELS@WORK project. The tasks carried out by Connectis during the various phases of the project during the first year can be sub-divided in the following way:

Description of activities carried out:Creation and management of the project website
Development of the project website at the following address: http://elsatwork.pixel-online.org/info This site is destined for the project partners and therefore the aim is to offer a valid work tool to be used throughout the project period.
There are 2 areas on the website, a public area and a reserved area.
• Public area
o In the public area the general information about the project and the partners is supplied
o In the Meeting section there is the possibility to see photos and read a brief description about each meeting that has taken place
o There is also a Dissemination section which offers the possibility to visualise the various dissemination events carried out by each partner.
• Reserved Area
o In the reserved area the minutes of the meetings can be viewed
o It is possible to see the contents of the Download section
• Administration Area
o It is possible to modify the contents of the pages
o It is possible to update the Meetings section
o It is possible to update the dissemination section

o Analysis of the internal and external human resources
o Analysis of software which could be used in the project

The ELS Portal hs been improved adding the following functionalities:
- Possibility to verify people who are studying the different language courses. With this search the different partners can search in the database the persons studying the language selected with the possibility to send email to this group of people.
- The Possibility to obtain a certificate on completion of the course. The student, after successfully completing the course, will have the opportunity to request a certificate that testifies the success of the course, to be attached to the curriculum vitae.
- Maintenance and service to the project and the partners: Correction of the past errors, bugs and small smears reported by the partners on the platform Mantis

Evaluation of the work undertaken:The work for the development of the web site of the project is almost complete. In fact the partners already use the project web site for the upload of the materials, dissemination forms, work in progress activities, photos and materials of the meetings and everything is necessary to the project
