Objectives of activities carried out:

Connectis has to carry out all the specific tasks linked to the project management, as well as the other project partners.
In particular in this period our aims are:
- To prepare documents and presentations for the delegates in the first transnational meeting (partners’ forms, word documents, ppt presentations, etc)
- To prepare documentation for the second transnational meeting.
- To prepare and upload the Activitiy Report Form for the current period.
- To elaborate presentations for the delegates in the second transnational meeting (partners’ tasks, word documents, ppt presentations, etc)
- To prepare all the documents for the administrative and financial management

Description of activities carried out:

The main tasks of the project management are:
- administrative and financial management
- coordination of the work of all the partners in the technical point of view
- participation in the transnational project meetings (the first meeting in February 2008 and the second meeting in September 2008)
- dissemination and evaluation activities.

Outcomes:

The project activities effectively started after the first meeting in Florence (February 2008). In this period we've prepared all the administrative and formal documents necessary for an efficient project management.
All the activities are carried out by the Connectis' administrative personnel.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

The work accomplished by Connectis and all the partners in project management, is good and complete in our point of view
