els@work was presented: the idea, the goals, the contents and benefits for the users. After the presentation of the portal online questions were answered to the use of the portal and especially a discussion about sustainability of the achieved results of the project took place.

Outcomes and Results:

Most of mthe experts were already enroled and user of the portal. They gave a critical feedback to their experience in e-learning in general and especially to the portal.They highly recommend the use of the portal and for their professional role in adult education they will give help for sustainability. As regional or managing directors of a state funded edocational body they will inform all trainers and teachers about els@work and encourage them to use the portal in language and cultural trainings.
